The Substance Overseers are a group of guards of the United Minecraftian Substance Tower (The source of all elements.) However, most of them where slaughtered during The War of the Worlds, leaving only the brothers Thunder and Fire. All Substance Overseers were born with the ability to control elements.

Fire is one of the two Substance Overseers that survived The War of the Worlds and the older brother of Thunder. As the eldest (of the living (So not Anna, Toshiba Male or any of the spirits) characters) character in TNF's TTS show, he is more responsible, protective and sane than any other character, however he is a douchebag to his friends at times. He Hates his powers and despite using them to protect his friends/brother, he often considers to commit suicide to stop the agony of living with powers,however chooses not to so he can protect his brother.

- He is the most loyal character in the series.
- He is rumored to be a secret member of the Illuminati by most of the Radar Overseers.
- However, Fire has confirmed that those rumors are false.
- Fire once had got shot in the crotch by Gold for burning his gold, hence Thunder's hatred for Gold.

Thunder is the younger of the two Substance Overseer brothers and a semi-scaredy cat due to witnessing the war of the worlds. He is more playful and friendly than his brother, however he usually runs from danger, mostly leaving it to Fire, however, when it is absolutely necessary, Thunder will use his powers to help out Fire.

- Ironically, his powers are more powerful than Fire's.
- Fire is obviously not jealous of his brother, due to Fire's hatred of his power.
- Also, it's worth knowing that Thunder enjoys the powers.
- Thunder hates Gold, due to gold being "more greedy" and for him shooting Fire's crotch.
- Another person he hates for abusing his brother is Microsoft Mike for shoving Fire after fire accidentally burning Mike, but Thunder's hate for Mike isn't as bad as his hatred of Gold
