Radar Overseer Vegeta (born November 28, 1998; age 25) is a Radar Overseer that bears the same name from Goku’s Sayian rival, (and in a way, The Shadow The Hedgehog of DBZ), Vegeta. He is also the second right-hand man to Emergencyranger88.
