Franklin D. Flanigan (formerly called Security Man in LTIB 31-45) (born November 28, 1986; age 37, died May 2015; 8 years ago, revived July 24, 2021; 2 years ago) is a character in davemadson's series. He is a security guard in his studio.

He is forbidden into LOL-LOL Land in LTIB 74 because of a rumor that he is one of the conspiracies against the island, and so Harvey Zilth temporarily takes his job. The rumor is proven fake in LTIB 75 and finally he get into LOL-LOL Land and back to his fold.
